Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to show for their scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, rescheduled, or canceled, depending on the remaining appointment time. If your appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation and the 50% cancellation fee will apply. Repeated late arrivals, cancellations, or no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.
